I’m here in Washington today, but in nearly back-to-back meetings. The entire morning will go to a big WOLA strategic planning session. Then I’ve got a call with a journalist about Colombia, a meeting with a longtime DHS official, and a call with a scholar working on regional security. I may be easiest to reach during the early afternoon.
