It’s the first day since mid-December when everyone is going to be back in the office. I’ll be there, and in Washington, all of this week, with a relatively light schedule—except for today. The morning will be full of internal meetings. In the early afternoon, I have to take the car in for a quick repair, and will probably be most reachable then as I wait for that to happen.

I may be in the office during the latter part of the day, working on a quick Colombia update and planning another trip to the border at El Paso and Ciudad Juárez, which will happen in two weeks.
