I’ll be devoting this morning entirely to finishing our big upcoming report cataloguing all U.S. military assistance programs and authorities. We’ve identified 109 of them—see the draft descriptions here. I hope to finish editing all 109 descriptions by lunchtime.

I’ve got some Colombian radio interviews about the growth in coca cultivation this morning. And in the afternoon an errand related to my membership on another organization’s board and a Skype conversation with some law students. Otherwise, a relatively quiet day. Hope to spend some of the afternoon putting information into my Defense Oversight database and working on our new podcast setup.
